D.W. Wilburn served as construction manager at risk on the new headquarters facility for the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU) in Lexington, Kentucky.

 

The UKFCU quickly outgrew their existing headquarters and banking branch offices located in the Hamburg area of Lexington. New land was purchased to develop a new 50,000-SF, three-story facility on a 10-acre tract that includes more than 300 parking spaces, also located in the Hamburg area.

 

D.W. Wilburn provided pre-construction services, including cost estimates and budgeting, value engineering, constructability review and schedule development services.
